Q: What is the schedule for the Gala?

• 6:30 p.m. – Start the night with a toast at our Champagne Reception.
• 7:30 p.m. –  Join us in the Centennial Ballroom for our Guest Speakers,  Dinner and Medal Presentation.
• 9:30 p.m. – Dance the night away with music from The Roundabouts!
• 12:30 a.m. – Gala ends.

Q: What is the attire?

• The attire is black tie optional. For men, this means a tuxedo with a black formal bow tie or a dark suit with a bow tie or tie. For women, this means an evening gown or a formal cocktail dress, full length or below the knee.

Q: Is there parking at the venue?

• There is a discounted rate for valet parking at the hotel. There are a few parking lots within walking distance, but we recommend valet, carpooling, or taking an Uber or other ridesharing service to the hotel.

• The last day to purchase tickets at the early bird rate of $150 is January 13th. The regular price for tickets is $175. The last day to purchase tickets is January 26th.
