The Atlanta Clan na nGael Camogie team is gearing up for this year’s North American Playoffs which will be held over Labor Day weekend in Boston. Last year was the first year the Atlanta Camogie team participated in the North American Playoffs in Cleveland, OH. As the very first Camogie team to hail from the Southeast, the ladies made an impressive showing by beating Seattle and Milwaukee before finishing runners up to Indianapolis in the final. This year the ladies are coached by Johnny O’Sullivan, Rob Kiely and Paddy Lynch.
The team needs your help! In order to help reduce travel and hotel expenses and the cost of entry passes, a sweepstakes fundraiser is being held to coincide with the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
